You have already taken the first step to getting started! Give us a call or send us an email to tell us about your project. Try to have the following information available: How long will your final project be? (ie: “I wanna make a 3 minute video”), What is your budget? When do you need you project completed? If you’d prefer skip to the contact page and email us. We’d be happy to discuss it and give you a quote.
This depends on your video project. If you know what you want to produce but have no materials, we are able to work with your idea. We can take it from there. If you’ve already got some elements such as footage, music, designs, pictures, style references, or just sketches on a napkin we can work with that too!
That’s the million dollar question! The first step is to figure out what video services you need. Then we factor in any deadlines you may have. Finally, a customized timeline can be generated.
The cost of your video project will depend on a lot of things including what you are looking to create and what’s involved in creating it. We take into account how involved we need to be in the project such as whether or not we have to shoot the footage or if you are delivering footage, what sort of post production is needed such as motion graphics, color correction, audio, etc. Once we have a complete understanding of your project, we will provide you with an accurate price that is based either on an hourly or project basis.
Hourly rates are best for people who need quick fixes, updates or plan on finishing in 5 hours or less. Day rates are best for clients who require finishing services or quick editing and need less than 3 days to complete their project. Project rates (our favorite) gives you one price to complete your project. Forget about watching the clock and focus making your project great. Finally, service rates cover fixed price items like short run DVD duplication.
It depends on your project. Hourly and daily rates are due at the end of session, while longer project usually follow the 50% deposit at signing and 50% upon completion rule.
We love it when our clients get involved, after all, it’s your project. We also understand that you’re busy and not always able assist. We can setup a secure web page for you to check the status of your project and we’re never to busy to take your phone call.
